Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval of your return request. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. You will receive a notification email once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
